  2. You should eat many times throughout the day. Water should be served with every meal.
  3. After eating, your stomach should be half full or less. One part water should be drunk for every two parts meal.
  4. Allow at least one-quarter of your stomach to be empty to allow for air passage.
  5. When dining out, limit yourself to half a serving and wait five or ten minutes. In most restaurants, two to four meals are served on a single or double plate.
